Getting there

This is the first of my catch-up blogs as I've been in France for about a week. It was a fantastic drive through France to the Dordogne region - till it got dark that was. Roger's fancy new Satnav took us a very rural route to our final destination wihch would have been pretty I think if it had been light and if we trusted satellite navigation systems a little more. But the gite at Le Repaire was just how we remembered it and we were warmly welcomed by our hosts and friends, Mark and Pluis.
